Return Policy

At Navya Custom, each garment is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities.

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
Customised, altered, or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return.
Sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed as:

Store credit, or
Refund to original payment method (as per approval)
